Of course, you should check with your doctor or healthcare provider prior to starting any vitamin or supplement regimen.  Now, that I am always looking for a deal. Vitamins are are NOT cheap and I am always looking for a way to save money on vitamins.

Now that flu and cold season is around the corner. I was perusing my cabinets and cleaning out old and expired medications.  In addition, while dropping my preschooler off during on a cold, wet rainy morning.   I watched my daughter greet one of her little friends. Her friend dropped her crayons  to give my daughter a very sweet but runny nosed infused hug. Prior to leaving, I swiftly pulled a small bottle of hand sanitizer from my purse. I made certain before I left,  that my daughter  had clean hands.
